For pergolas with a four-legged structure, measuring 4m or less, there is the capacity to install up to four blinds, allowing for full coverage on all sides.
Pergolas exceeding 5m in length typically feature a six-legged design. These larger structures can accommodate up to six blinds, with two blinds for each of the longer sides and one for each end.

Do the Pergolas have a warranty?

Is the Pergola Roof Weatherproof?
The Alvaro's roof, when its louvres are fully shut, offers complete protection in typical weather conditions. Rainwater is cleverly channeled from the louvres into the gutters, and then internally through the pergola's legs. In extreme weather, similar to household guttering, there might be minor leakage due to the overwhelming volume of water.
Are the Pergolas wind & storm resistant?
Our pergolas are semi-permanent and are securely anchored to the surface. This design offers both durability and flexibility, if relocation is ever needed. During high winds, we advise keeping the roof louvres slightly open to allow air passage and reduce wind pressure.
Can the Pergola be dismantled & reassembled?
Yes, our pergolas can be dismantled and reassembled if needed.
Does the Pergola Require Maintenance?
Our pergolas demand minimal maintenance. The frames can be easily cleaned with standard cleaning solutions or a jet wash. The gutters, too, can be maintained using a jet wash.
What’s the difference between the Rota & Maranza Pergolas?
Both models share similar functionalities, but there are distinct differences. The Rota stands 20cm taller, providing an elegant overhang, particularly above bifold doors. The orientation of the louvres differs as well; the Rota's louvres vent vertically and towards the shorter side, operating under one roofing system for synchronous movement. The Maranza, depending on the size, may have multiple roofing sections, allowing for varied open and closed louvres, with a directional tilt towards the longer length.

My surface has a slope, can you install a Pergola on this?
Aluminium louvered roof pergolas utilise the natural gradient of your surface for water drainage. The surface should ideally have a maximum slope of 1:80, as per building regulations. If the slope is greater, we can adjust the pergola using spacers up to 50mm, ensuring a level installation without voiding the warranty. For optimal screen operation, a 10mm gradient is ideal; adjustments may be needed for greater slopes.
